Production Method

Almonds
Their delicate flavor, concentrated just under the skin, is lost when they are rapidly heated. Our main production method involves careful roasting them using far infrared rays while ensuring that we properly retain their moisture.
Pistachios
With their dark, vivid, “pistachio” green, they are referred to as the emeralds of the nut world. After much trial and error we have managed to devise a roasting method that preserves much of the chlorophyll that gives them their characteristic color.
Walnuts
After much research we finally succeeded in establishing a technique (patent pending) that reduces the astringent tones of walnuts while highlighting their sweetness, The hope is that this will encourage even those who dislike walnuts to experience their unique flavor.

Technostructure: Pride and Research

In our factory, we have installed more processing equipment and machinery than most companies in this industry. Although when observed from the perspective of efficiency this may seem to be excessive, it indicates the passion and dedication of our craftsmen as they search for the optimum flavor and mouthfeel.
We make over ten different types of cashew products alone, including our roasted unsalted cashews. Although this involves a great deal of work, this passion for excellence is part of our DNA that has been passed down since the establishment of the company.
