1981 Shop opened at the Kobe Portopia ‘81 Expo.
Ijinkan Nuts, Cashew Corn and Nut Chocolate Ice Cream go on sale.
Snacky Mixed Nuts cans (popular large-size cans) go on sale.
1982 Under the catchphrase of “Nature’s foods,” five products (Mixed Nuts, Nut Chocolate, Yogurt Nuts and Fruit, Prune Jelly and Nacky) and associated gift-ware are introduced in the DX series health-focused product line.
1983 Unsalted mixed nuts are added to the DX series.
1986 “Sakanattsu Hi!” goes on sale as a popular, handy-size snack packet combining dried fish with nuts, reflecting efforts to meet changing market needs.
